REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 24 hours from the moment of your scheduled event. If less than 24 hours remains before your scheduled activity, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Our dedicated team will offer you to reschedule your activity once and free of charge. If for any reason you miss your rescheduled activity, we'll no longer be able to reschedule it free of charge and you'll need to proceed to a new booking.

To be eligible for a refund, you need to send your request 24 hours prior to the booked event. To do so, we offer you these ways to contact us and send your cancellation request:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, or your order number.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
