You started in the fashion industry at a very young age of 13, what attracted you to this industry? And how did you get started?
I happened to get into it by chance, and I started with advertisements and commercials. I thank god for that wonderful opportunity.
Is modeling something you have always dreamed of doing? Did you have any other career plans?
Modeling is something that I always dreamed about as a child, and it’s everything I could have wished for. YES this is the first time I’m talking about my new career and exclusive news for you and your readers. I am now going into singing and I’m currently working on my new record.
What did your family think of your career as a model?
At first they were apprehensive and refused because I was so young. But after meeting with my representatives, they began to accept it. My mother and brother have worked alongside my management every step of the way to ensure I wasn’t exploited.
You've been in the industry now for 15 years what’s your best memories?
Ooooh there are a lot of memories, some good and some bad. Over the years I have made over 50 commercials, video clips and countless magazine photo shoots. I love working in films, theatre, TV and some of my best memories are from here. On one occasion I was standing on stage and interacting with the public, they gave me such a great welcome and warm applause; I actually forgot what I wanted to say. I told them I forgot what I wanted to say and we laughed so much, and after a minute I remembered. It was embarrassing for me, but the audience made it all worth while.
You have been named Miss Lebanon Kuwait in 2003-2004, and hold this title to this day. Which comes first your Lebanese or Kuwait heritage?
Both are equally important, I'm Lebanese and I was born in Kuwait and do not distinguish between the two countries.
You have worked with some of the industries best Estée lauder, MAC and Cartier to name a few, who is your fashion icons and why?
I love and use all of them Estée Lauder skin care creams, Mac makeup and Cartier perfumes. One of my favorite designers and fashion influences is the amazing worldwide Lebanese fashion designer Elie Saab.
You’re obviously very beautiful and very intelligent. Do you find it hard for people to take you seriously in Business?
I talk to everyone with respect and I take my work very seriously. I expect everyone to treat me in the same manner with respect and dignity,
You have worked in many TV shows, is being an actress something you always wanted to do? And do you have any plans for movies in the future?
I didn’t intend on becoming an actress. Some of my friends in the business recommended and supported me to join the acting world. As a model I have to act and become what the brand or designer wants me to, so I made the transition. I receive acting offers all the time, but I’m quite selective on the work I take. I love the art of acting, films and my heart is in taking difficult roles and introduce new ideas. For me its about making films that make you think and go WOW rather than quantity.
So you've recently moved into singing, is this something that comes naturally to you?
It's natural for any actor/actress to be ready to do any kinds of art, if he\she has the skills to do this, its not all about their looks or profile.
Who are your musical influences?
When you find a good poet and a good composer, you will find my musical influences.
Do you write your own songs?
I would like to write my own songs, but I want to work with successful writers and composers. For me it’s about working together as a team to produce and create some wonderful art and music.
Modeling, acting and singing you undoubtedly are extremely talented. What does the future hold for you? Where would you like your career to progress?
If we go to back to my past, all I can say is that god has been with me every step of the way, and whatever my future holds I know god will still be here to support my dreams.
You work very hard, what do you like to do in your spare time?
My work is difficult as I said before, but I love it. This is my art and only hobby, my concept is: work is my life and life is my work.
Your an extremely beautiful, intelligent, and hard working woman, is there someone special in your life?
You said special so my answer is also special.
As one of the Middle East most eligible single women, what type of guys do you prefer?
I need a man how really knows how to be a man, not just a male. Some one who offers security, comfort, a partner in life as well as marriage.

What are your hopes and dreams for this year?
I have a lot of hopes and dreams and the most important can be found in my country Lebanon, I pray for peace there, my family and worldwide. I hope and dream that my work continues to be successful with the release of my new song and video. The last dream I have I will keep it a secret.
For all our readers in Europe and Dubai, do you have any plans on visiting?
Sure, I love traveling and after releasing my first song and if god wills; I will travel the entire world.
